Film & TV Solutions

• Collection Account Mangement

  This solution ensures that any party who has a financial interest in a film (or television production), from financier to profit participant and from actor to producer, will receive its share of the revenues collected.

  The parties involved enter into a CAM agreement with Fintage, which agreement instructs the sales agent to have all revenues paid into a bank account in the name of Fintage and it instructs Fintage (as independent, trusted third party) on the agreed allocation and disbursement of those revenues.

• International Film Licensing

  Within Fintage House we have an extensive network of distributors, broadcasters and publishers. Our International Licensing group is in the business of worldwide buying, selling and licensing of feature films, TV shows and other intangible property rights in all media (including digital rights) through our specialized independent distribution subsidiaries – GEM (HU), Batrax (NL) and Film & TV House (UK).

  We utilize our knowledge of the exploitation of these rights from both a commercial and legal point of view with the aim of maximizing revenues. We work with most of the independent producers as well as leading sales agents, distributors and broadcasters.

  To achieve this, the producer grants us the distribution rights. We use our expertise when concluding territorial deals with the distributors. Our distribution subsidiaries oversee the delivery of the film directly, or via a sales agent that we retain to the local distributors, broadcasters, DVD companies, VOD services, etc. Upon receipt of the minimum guarantees, overages or other royalties we pay the producers and sales agents their dues directly or into a specific collection account.

  Going further for you – Fintage House has invested in a digital delivery company that can offer direct distribution of VOD and digital content. In addition to this, through another Fintage House business development investment in MediaPeers, we are working on a turnkey solution to control and manage film and television content using a web based interface anywhere, anytime. It reduces back-office workload and transaction costs from screening to delivery of broadcast materials.

In addition to this, Fintage has the ability to track TV broadcasts on 250+ channels in both the U.S. and Europe, through fingerprinting techniques or by using its own broadcast tracking system.
